The commercial drive train technology for future electric vehicles has reached testing phase
A consortium of InnoSys Delft BV, Rijksdienst voor ondernemend Nederland, Direct Current BV and Delft University of Technology have finished a three year development project: High Tech Automotive Solutions. In this project a high speed asynchronous motor, compact motor drive, modular battery 2-speed transmission and last but not least a low consumption futire EV chassis have been designed and built. The drive train technology is now under test in a conventional car chassis. It will be debugged and prepared for installation in the future aerodynamic EV.
